Welcome to the Online Ticket Payment Program for the Seneca County Clerk of Court.
- Online Payment Services are provided by Lexis Nexis VitalCheck Credit Card Payment.
- A convenience fee will be added to your total when making a payment by credit or debit card. This fee is charged by Lexis Nexis VitalChek and is not retained by this government office.
- Online payments can be made for court costs and fines of the Seneca County Common Pleas Court, General and Domestic Relations Division.
- Online Payments CANNOT be made for TIFFIN-FOSTORIA MUNICIPAL COURT OR TRAFFIC TICKETS
- Online Payments CANNOT be made for SENECA COUNTY PROBATE & JUVENILE COURTS
- Online Payments CANNOT be made for restitution payments. All restitution payments are paid directly to the Judge's office.
- Payments made after 4:00 p.m., will be credited to the next business day.
- There is a minimum payment of $5.00.

- To make an online payment, you will be required to enter the party's NAME and search for the correct case number.
Collections Information
When you are delinquent with your fines and costs your cases will be sent to collections. After your case has been sent to collections, you will then need to make payments to the Attorney General’s office, as we can NO LONGER accept payments at the Court. Once you pay your fines and costs, the Attorney General’s office will contact us.

**You will need to include your Attorney General account number on your payment to ensure your payment is being posted to the correct account.
